TERMS
No Merchandise will be accepted in return without written authorization. Claims allowed only within 5 days/ Returns 30 days after receipt of goods.
All accounts past due will be charged 1 1/2% interest per month on any unpaid balance. We guarantee our products to be free from defects in
material & workmanship. Liability under this warranty is limited to replace any product found to be defective under normal use & service. All
payments, correspondence and/or merchandise must be sent only to the above address on invoice. All returns and/or refused merchandise are
subject to restocking fee and must be our product in the original packaging. All extra delivery attempts will result in additional charges. All defective
cartridges must be our product, tested and evaluated before credit/replacement is issued.
